<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a sealing property without being influenced by heat deformation even when an apron of a bathtub substitute a synthetic resin with good recycling property for FRP, and the synthetic resin apron is used in combination with other FRP elements in a bathroom with a different coefficient of thermal expansion. <P>SOLUTION: The apron (1) that can be installed between a bathtub (52) and a washing place (50) in a bathroom is composed of an apron body (5) molded and processed in a prescribed shape with a thermoplastic resin material and elastomers (6, 7) that can elastically deform integrally molded to at least one side of the circumference section of the apron body (5). The apron for bathtub can absorb a difference in shape caused by the temperature changes by the elastic deformation of the elastomers (6, 7) even when the apron body (5) is formed of materials with a heat expansion rate different from those of other elements inside the bathroom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
