PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction device, an interchangeable lens, a camera body and a camera which can be used without feeling of incongruity without generating an adverse effect to an observed image and a photographed moving image due to detection of vibration of popup by a vibration detection part is not generated when a supplemental illumination light emitting part is popped up.
