PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens plate which can be mass-produced in a short time in high yield and in which convex lenses or concave lenses with a desired lens diameter are provided and to provide a three-dimensional ornamental using the lens plate. SOLUTION: The lens plate is constituted by disposing a plurality of convex lenses or concave lenses at a surface and/or a rear surface of a planar resin base material having light transmissivity. On a metallic die for injection molding, a projected-recessed shape corresponding to a projected-recessed shape of the lens plate is provided, and a resin material is charged by injection in a cavity where the projected-recessed shape is provided, and then is cooled/solidified to obtain an injection molding.
