PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition for powder molding excellent in powder fluidity that is necessary to ensure a uniform wall thickness, in meltability, in adhesion with foamed polyurethane, and in demolding property and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin composition for powder molding comprises (A) a powdery thermoplastic polyurethane, (B) a powdery colorant containing (b1) a powder pigment and (b2) a pigment dispersant, (C) a plasticizer, and (D) a hydroxy group-containing aromatic vinyl copolymer having an average particle diameter of 0.1-10μm.
