PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a roll center height to be set high and to suppress the rolling of a vehicle body, by suppressing and preventing a jack-up force acting on a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In a region where a lateral force increases to the maximum lateral force at least with respect to a slip angle, the slip angle of a turning outer ring is decreased and the slip angle of a turning inner ring is increased so that the lateral force of the turning inner ring is increased and the lateral force of the turning outer ring is decreased. Specifically, by controlling toe angles of the turning inner and outer rings to the toe-out side, the difference of the lateral forces of the turning inner and outer rings is decreased to suppress and prevent the jack-up force. In a region where the lateral force decreases from the minimum lateral force with respect to the slip angle, the slip angle of the turning inner ring is kept and the slip angle of the turning outer ring is increased, thereby increasing the lateral force distribution of the turning outer ring.
