PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide memory dial type communication terminal equipment in which call origination buttons and a push button dial for registration setting are arranged so as to be easily operated and hardly operated erroneously. SOLUTION: A housing part is provided on the surface panel of a base part 1 and a memory dial cartridge 4 which is made into a module to be detachable is mounted. A lid part 2 is folded with a hinge connection part 3 as a spindle. The memory dial cartridge 4 is provided with the plurality of call origination buttons 41a-41e. A push button dial part 43 for memory registration is provided on the back surface panel of the memory dial cartridge 4, and telephone numbers and/or mail addresses allocated to the call origination buttons 41a-41e are registered to a built-in storage part.
