PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining high-purity recombinant protein, by which recombinant protein is purified from a body liquid of silkworm containing recombinant protein with a few number of processes. SOLUTION: The method for purifying recombinant protein prepared by using a silkworm from a body liquid of silkworm comprises (1) a process for purification using a hydroxyapatite chromatography and (2) a process for purification using a heparin column chromatography following the process (1).
