PROGRAM FOR GENERATING ALTITUDE DATA AND METHOD FOR GENERATING ALTITUDE DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct altitudes of grid points by depending on altitudes of one or more specific points nearby. SOLUTION: A searching part 41 in a program 40 detects a plurality of proximity points on a pair of contour line point sequences in respect to slope land grid points positioned between contour line point sequences with two different altitudes, and an altitude calculation part 42 determines the altitudes at the grid points on the basis of the positions and altitudes of these proximity points. A correction altitude determining part 43 determines altitudes of the grid point corresponding points corresponding to correction-targeted slope land grid points which should be positioned nearby the slope land specified points in respect to the correction-targeted slope land grid points, wherein the correction-targeted slope land grid points are positioned nearby at least one slope land specified point positioned between the pair of contour line point sequences and positioned between the pair of the contour line point sequences. And the determining part 43 determines the corrected altitudes of the correction-targeted slop land grid points by depending on the attributes of the grid point corresponding points and the positional relationship between the grid point corresponding points and the correction-targeted slope land grid points.
