PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent microscope and a computer program which enables a light source to be successfully controlled. SOLUTION: Light from a plurality of LEDs 4 and 14 constituting the light source is condensed on a fluorescent sample S through an objective lens 3, and an eyepiece 10 or a CCD camera 11 is provided which observes fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent sample, and the plurality of LEDs 4 and 14 are controlled by a control part 20 for controlling lighting/extinction of the plurality of LEDs 4 and 14 so that their lighting start times are mutually shifted.
