PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a juxtaposed integrated heat exchanger capable of preventing the cracking and fracture of a tube and the like by thermal fatigue caused by thermal stress. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger, a specific clearance W is formed between a reinforcement 31 on a radiator 1 side and a reinforcement 32 on a condenser 2 side, and the reinforcement 31 on the radiator 1 side and the reinforcement 32 on the condenser 2 side are connected by a connecting part 33 in a state of being relatively rotatable only in the longitudinal direction of the both reinforcements 31, 32. The reinforcement 3 is integrally formed by press-forming a sheet of sheet material, and both the reinforcements 31, 32 and the connecting part 33 are formed into the approximately U-shaped cross section opened on face sides opposite to core parts 15, 25. In particular, the connecting part 33 is provided with a pair of side wall faces 33a, 33b in the direction intersecting a longitudinal line of the both reinforcements 31, 32.
