PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by improving operation efficiency of a compressor supplying supply gas in a closed loop fluid circuit in which gas such as air circulates. SOLUTION: Heat exchange between high temperature compressed air supplied toward an air cylinder 124 side and low temperature exhaust air supplied to the air cylinder and finishing work is performed in a heat exchanging unit arranged in the closed loop circuit, heat energy of the high temperature compressed air is transferred to the low temperature exhaust air. Consequently, temperature of the high temperature compressed air drops and temperature of the exhaust air rises.
