PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a microphase separation structure-having surface wherein hydrophilic and hydrophobic phases are evenly distributed, by the method of adding an additive thereto. SOLUTION: The microphase separation structure-forming agent is composed of (A1) a hydrophobizing agent which makes a surface to have a contact angle with water a1, with (B1) a hydrolyzable group which makes a surface to have a contact angle with water b1 which is lower than the contact angle a1 given from the above-described hydrophobizing agent (A1), by at least 20°when being hydrolyzed.
