PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive which is excellent in blocking resistance, adhesion to metals and adhesion in high temperature atmosphere and exhibits a high flame retardance and flex resistance, when it is used as an adhesive for bonding parts of OA equipment, household appliances or the like. SOLUTION: The content of phosphorus atom contained in the molecular chain of the flame retardant polyester resin is≥0.5 wt.%. An aromatic dicarboxylic acid accounts for≥50 mol.% of the acid component and polypropylene glycol is contained in the glycol component of the flame retardant polyester resin.
