PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method and a packaging body, which reduce packaging cost and manhour while a buffering capability and strength are ensured. SOLUTION: According to the packaging method and the packaging body, a merchandise 9 which is an object to be packaged, is fixed with a shrink material to the bottom surface 17 side of a lower tray 3 as a first tray. The lower tray 3 to which the commodity 9 is fixed is put into an outer packaging box 1 together with an upper tray 5 as a second tray. At this time, both trays 3 and 5 are arranged in such a way that the bottom surfaces of both trays 3 and 5 face to each other and the merchandise 9 is sandwiched between both trays 3 and 5.
