PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance visibility of a meter, to effectively utilize a space in a vehicle, to enhance appearance property of the vehicle and to suppress increase of cost accompanying therewith in the vehicle provided with a steering damper. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right main frames 21 is extended from a vehicle body frame to an approximately rear side and the steering damper 41 is mounted to an upper part of the main frame 21. Thereby, an upper surface 84a of the steering damper 41 is made coincident with an upper surface 15a of a top bridge 15 for connecting respective upper ends of left and right fork parts 13a, 13b of a front fork 13.
