PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back pocket structure that can house a tissue box without projecting from the back side of a seat back and can draw out and use the tissue paper from the tissue box still housed. SOLUTION: A pocket housing section 11 is formed into a recessed shape on the back side of a seat back 1 towards the inside of a seat with a depth equivalent to the height of a tissue box 12. A first opening 16 from which the housed elements can be inserted and drawn out and a second opening 18 from which a tissue paper 12a is drawn out from the tissue box 12 with the tissue box 12 contained inside the pocket housing section 11 are formed on the pocket housing section 11.
