PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high functional green tea fine powder composition for solving a problem on foaming caused from natural vitamin E (d-tocopherol) which causes very inferior foamability when preparing powdered green tea formulated with the vitamin E, and formulated with nutrients contained in green tea such as vitamin E and also lactic acid bacterium and oligosaccharide, excellent in foaming and greatly contributable to making health such as prevention of lifestyle disease. SOLUTION: This green tea fine powder composition comprises a formulated product of green tea fine powder (A), vitamin E powder (B) easily dispersing in water and obtained by impregnating natural vitamin E into a water-soluble surface active agent and a food additive water-soluble or easily dispersing in water and processing into powder, nutritive powder (C) of at least two kinds contained in green tea containing vitamin C and natural vitamin E (the B component) and a water-soluble surface active agent powder (D).
