PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking cutter for solving problems such that, on cutting a branch or hilum, there is no means on a tool for holding the branch or hilum after cutting, both hands are engaged and also its blades can not be changed. SOLUTION: This picking cutter equipped with a guiding groove 7 for inserting and guiding an object A to be cut, a return-preventing recessed part 8 for the object A to be cut at the furthest end of the guiding groove 7, a moving plate 14 capable of sliding towards the tip end side of the guiding groove 7, a press-holding member 31 and a driving part for sliding the both of them (14 and 31) is provided by installing cutting blades 26 at the moving plate 14 as freely attachable and detachable, elastically nipping the object A to be cut between the press-holding member 31 and a return-preventing recessed part-forming member 42 in the front of the return-preventing recessed part 8 by stopping its advance when loading a resistance for its advance to the return-preventing recessed part 8 side and further mounting the return-preventing recessed part-forming member 42 at the tip end of a cutter body 2 as freely attachable and detachable so as to insert or remove the cutting blades 26 by removing the return-preventing recessed part-forming member 42 and opening the sliding passage S of the cutting blades 26 towards the tip end of the cutter body 2.
