PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body holder capable of reducing the feeling of oppression applied to a person to be cared when making the person to be cared stand up by holding up the trunk of him/her is reduced. SOLUTION: The body holder 5 is provided with: a front holder 9 fitted to the vertical moving part of a stand-up auxiliary apparatus for making the person to be cared stand up and supporting the front of the person to be cared; and side holders 10 fitted respectively to both of the sides of the front holder 9 and supporting both of the sides of the person to be cared.
