<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavored vinegar food solving the problems that, conventionally, such a food is difficult to handle as it is and its mellow flavor contributes to hesitating its drinking instead, and to provide a method for producing the flavored vinegar food. <P>SOLUTION: The flavored vinegar food is obtained by incorporating a flavor vinegar with 50-200%(W/W) of a dextrin on a flavored vinegar solid basis.
