PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for estimating tire conditions such as a ground contact condition or a wearing condition. SOLUTION: The tire condition estimating device 10 comprises a wheel side circuit 30 having a sensor for detecting an amount of conditions between blocks and a communication instrument for transmitting a sensor output value to a car body side in a groove part 34 of a tire 22. An ECU 60 is provided on the car body side for estimating the conditions of the tire 22 based on the sensor output value. The estimation accuracy can be improved by estimating the conditions of the tire 22 by using the condition amount of the blocks 32 which are placed solely contacting with a road surface in a vehicle.
