PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which enables even people inexperienced in electronic equipment to easily input various kinds of information. SOLUTION: The image pickup device is provided with an image pickup means 15 for picking up images and converting them to electrical signals, a recording means for recording image information picked up by the image pickup means and a radio communication means 12 for transmitting the image information recorded in the recording means to the other electronic equipment by radio communication. A writing instrument 20 is provided inside the same structure, and the image written by using the writing instrument is picked up by the image pickup means, recorded in the recording means and transmitted to the other electronic equipment by the radio communication means.
