<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated switchgear which is easy of processing and can reduce its cost, by obviating the necessity of manufacturing a groove in a gas sealing member. <P>SOLUTION: A gas seal member 22, which surrounds an opening 5b and is abutted against the margin of the opening 5b, an outer seal guide 20, which retains the gas seal member 22, surrounding the gas seal member 22, and is abutted against the margin of the opening 5b, and an inner gas seal guide 21, which retains the gas seal member 22 along the inner circumference of the gas seal member 22 and is abutted against the margin of the opening 5b, are put between the margin of the opening 5b of a sealed container 2 and a member to be airtightly connected to its margin thereby airtightly connecting the margin of the opening 5b of the sealed container 2 with the member to be airtightly connected with its margin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
