<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for managing information about the fault of a medical information system, capable of efficiently dealing with faults. <P>SOLUTION: The device 30 for managing information about malfunctioning has an email server 32, connected via a network 20 to the medical information system 10 to receive via the network 20 information about the malfunctioning of a medical device 11, a medical information terminal 12 or a medical information management device 13 in the medical information system 10. An email analysis application 33 refers to an email attribute database 31, while using the received malfunction information as a key, determines the address, to which the malfunction information is to be reported, on the basis of a plurality of computers 51, 52, 53 in a department dealing with the malfunction of the medical information system 10, and instructs the email server 32 to send an email indicating the malfunction to the address determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
