<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control an open close condition (response) of a reed valve according to displacement. <P>SOLUTION: The reed valve 41 and a valve holder 42 thereof are provided at a delivery port 29 of a compression mechanism 20 compressing fluid. The valve holder 42 has a macromolecular actuator 50 formed in a rear part side of a valve fixing part 42a fixing the reed valve 41. The macromolecular actuator 50 changes stiffness of the reed valve 41 by extending length thereof to change fixed length A of the reed valve 41.
