PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ingress of paper sheets into a space between sashes of a lattice-shaped position arranging part. SOLUTION: A paper sheet feeding device comprises a feeding mechanism 22 which has comb-tooth-shaped backup parts 7 and 8 which are mounted telescopically on a lattice part 5 formed of a plurality of sashes 12 arranged perpendicular in parallel to each other with a predetermined space to load laminate paper sheets P, abuts and arranges the laminate paper sheets loaded on the backup parts 7 and 8 on the lattice part 5, elevates the backup parts 7 and 8 to feed the paper sheets to the predetermined position, and a plurality of brush members 14 which are vertically arranged in spaces S between the sashes 12 and 12 of the lattice part 5 to regulate ingress of the paper sheets P into the spaces S between the sashes 12 and 12.
