PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device capable of suppressing oscillation, abnormal sound, or early abrasion of an abutting part. SOLUTION: Since angular clearanceαis set to 0.3-2 degrees, an inner ring 11 uniformly abuts on a tip end 7a of a diaphragm spring 7 of a clutch device even when a guide shaft 9A is tilted to an axial line of the tip end of the diaphragm spring and an angle component of so-called mis-alignment is generated.
