PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to fasten two fastening members to a counter member in such a way that vibration is restricted. SOLUTION: In this fastening structure, a first fastening member 18 and a second fastening member 22 are placed on a base body as the counter member 14, and the fastening members 18 and 22 are fastened/fixed to the base body 14. To the base body 14, the first fastening member 18 is fastened/fixed by a stepped bolt 6 having a step 5 at a center. The second fastening member 22 is placed on the step 5 to insert a bolt shaft 10. A nut 12 is engaged with the bolt shaft 10 through a rubber member 30. The second fastening member 22 is thus fastened/fixed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
