PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle having a slope 24 formed on the bottom surface of the air inlet space part of a heat exchanger for cooling and inclined upward from the wind outlet part of a blower unit to the air inlet space part, including a water draining structure capable of draining the condensate or the water included in the outside air to outside the cabin in good performance. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner for the vehicle is structured so that a drain groove 25 is formed at the bottom surface of the air inlet space part 22, and through the groove 25, the water spouted out of the wind outlet part 14a and the water flowing along the slope 24 down to the wind outlet part 14a is led to a drain port 29.
