PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separator capable of opening/closing a valve port having a large opening area ranging from a low pressure to a high pressure. SOLUTION: An inlet 4, a sump part 3 and an outlet 11 are formed by a casing consisting of a main body 1, a bottom cover 2 and a valve seat 9. An upper valve port 12 and a lower valve port 13 which are located on the same vertical axis allowing a sump part 3 to communicate with the outlet 11 and have the same opening area are disposed on the valve seat 9. An upper valve body 22 of opening/closing an upper valve port 12 is arranged in the sump part 3 on the upper side of the upper valve port 12 and a lower valve body 15 of opening/closing the lower valve port 13 is arranged in the outflow path 10 between the upper valve port 12 and the lower valve port 13. An guide bar 23 is integrally formed on the upper surface of the upper valve body 23 and a float 14 is connected with the upper edge of the lower valve body 15. On the position where the upper valve body 22 is seated on the upper valve port 12 and the lower valve body 15 is seated on the lower valve port 13, the upper edge surface of the upper guide bar 16 is abutted to the lower edge surface of the upper valve body 22.
