PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device capable of removing air in a bubble state mixed in lubricating oil from lubricating oil. SOLUTION: A suction pipe 12 and a box shape pressure reducing vessel 13 are stored in an oil pan 11. An oil pump is connected to the suction pipe 12. An inlet 15 is formed on one side wall 131 of two side walls 131, 132 opposing in the pressure reducing vessel 13 and an outlet 16 is formed on another side wall 132. A suction port 121 of the suction pipe 12 is communicated to the outlet 16. The outlet 16 is formed near a bottom wall 133 of a pressure reducing vessel 13 and height position of the inlet 15 from a bottom wall 133 of the pressure reducing vessel 13 is set higher than height position of the outlet 16 from the bottom wall 133 of the pressure reducing vessel 13.
