The table has a top plate (10) of desired shape and size, and a frame (12,14). A cross-bar (12) extends in the middle of the table along the main longitudinal direction. Two sub-bars (14,16) are connected to the respective ends of the cross-bar and extend perpendicular to it. The top plate is releasably attached to the sub-bars. A standing apparatus is connected to the cross-bar, and is selected from a group of different standing apparatuses. An independent claim is included for a connecting part.
