1. The method of packing and consolidating soil with increased mechanical strength and increased water-tightness consists in the application of siliceous binding mixtures, obtained in the chemical reactions of water glass with a hardening agent. It is characterised in that the packing process is carried out by means of a mixture, consisting of: 20 percent to 80 percent by mass per mixture of water glass; 1 percent to 20 percent by mass per mixture of aliphatic esters of any alcohols and polyalcohols from the group of aliphatic alcohols with 1 to 10 atoms in the carbon chain, and of any carboxylic acids and polyacids with 1 to 10 atoms in the carbon chain; 0.1 percent to 10 percent by mass per mixture of nanoparticle hydrophobic fumed silica, with the original particle size between 7 nm and 20 nm. The mixture contains hydroxyl groups substituted with hexamethyldisilazone, dimethylsilyl, trimethylsilyl or polymethylsilyl groups, which provide the surface with highly hydrophobic properties. |
