<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material for draining hot water for use of an instant food, which has a laminate structure including at least a base material with hot water draining holes punched in a region toward one end and a surface material covering the base material, for improving homogeneity of nature of adhesive surfaces of the base material and the surface material, and is capable of surely exhibiting the hot water draining holes. <P>SOLUTION: The surface material (3) is made of a laminate structure having a flocculate-exfoliation layer (14) provided on the surface, the surface material (3) and the base material (2) are stuck to each other via the flocculate-exfoliation layer (14) by a heat lamination method, hole boring (20) on the hot water draining holes is done by half-cutting, and a residual part (21) left on the part of the holes of the base material (2) is removed, to manufacture the lid material for draining hot water for use of the instant food. Since no adhesive is used in sticking the base material and the surface material, high homogeneity of their adhesive surfaces can be attained, and reliability in exhibiting the hot water draining holes can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
