PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily draw out a battery case with respect to panel type equipment or the like. SOLUTION: This battery using equipment 4 is constituted of a dish shape battery case 2 made of a soft resin or the like to accommodate a battery 1 such as a button battery, and a slot 3 which is open to the front face and formed in the depth direction and into which the battery case 2 is inserted. Then, a front plate 6 which is connected to the front end of the battery case 2 via a hinge 5, and of which the free end side is elastically driven in the forward direction is integrally installed at the battery case 2.
