GUIDING/LEADING DEVICE, ITS SYSTEM, ITS METHOD, ITS PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR STORING SAME PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for appropriately reporting guidance with respect to the movement of a movable body up to its destination. SOLUTION: A movement course is searched for by a course processing means by using map information based on present location information, destination information, and traffic information. Estimated necessary time is calculated from a present location of a vehicle up till reaching a destination based on a set movement course. Estimated start time at which the vehicle has to start is calculated based on scheduled time for reaching the destination and on the estimated necessary time. Time for reporting start guidance for urging the vehicle to start is set according to the start waiting conditions of the vehicle and the start guidance is reported at the time. Reaching the destination is prevented from becoming too early or too late, making it possible to report appropriate start guidance in order to reach the destination at the scheduled time.
