PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal like decorative film having hairlines prevented from the peeling of the polyester film in a final product from a metal vapor deposition layer, not damaged in molding processability and excellent in fingerprint resistance, damage resistance and hairline design properties. SOLUTION: This metal like decorative film is constituted by applying hairline processing to one side of the polyester film, providing the metal vapor deposition layer on the hairline processing surface of the polyester and providing a thermoplastic resin film on the surface of the metal vapor depostion layer.
