PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite faucet, a built-in type water purifier, and a water purifying device, in which three states of water stop, raw water delivery, and purified water delivery can be changed over, so that water is purified in the purified water delivery state by supplying water in a normal direction of a passage, that the inside of the purifier is cleaned in the raw water delivery state, and that a position where purified water stays can be limited in the water stop state. SOLUTION: This composite faucet comprises a cut-off valve to open/close a passage for primary side raw water to pass, a passage changing valve having a plurality of return passages for water returning from the outside of the faucet downstream of the cut-off valve, so that either one of the return passages is selectively opened for water to pass through the passage, and a single lever to operate them at a time. The built-in type water purifier is composed in such a way that the composite water faucet can be connected to it.
