PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a rotation supporting mechanism for opening/closing in a plane direction a cover superposed on a main body in a flat state, in a thin type, to automate opening operation of the cover so that an user can open the cover with one hand in a single operation, and to improve use performance by enabling the opening operation by a manual operation. SOLUTION: A rotating force imparting means for imparting rotating force to rotate the cover in the plane direction where the cover is superposed on the main body is provided. In stand-by condition, the cover is locked at a closed position of the plane direction against the rotating force of the rotating force imparting means. When a lock of the cover is released from the stand-by condition, the cover receives the rotating force of the rotating force imparting means and automatically rotates.
