发明名称 TIRE SENSOR AND ASSEMBLING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity type stress sensor which is easy in assembling and has no measurement error. SOLUTION: The stress sensor has two capacitor plates which has a spacing made by a connector block arranged between two capacitor plates. The spacer part is intervened therebetween, so that a small gap is kept in between periphery parts of the both capacitor plates. An edge part of a projected rod is deformed on an outer surface of the capacitor plates with heat, both capacitor plates are maintained with fixed interrelation. The edge part of the rod acts as a function which prevents a horizontal or perpendicular slip between the capacitor plates when the sensor is vulcanized in a rubber compound. If embedded in the rubber compound, the gap between the capacitor plates is changed due to the stress within the rubber compound, so that the electrostatic capacity of the device is changed in proportion to the stress within the rubber compound.
