PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device having a two-cylinder type rotary compressor which switches between a low-pressure side and a high-pressure side of a refrigerating cycle in accordance with the magnitude of load, for reducing the number of parts and the labor of working and improving reliability. SOLUTION: In the two-cylinder type rotary compressor R, a sealed case 1 houses an electric motor part 3, a first compression mechanism part 5, and a second compression mechanism part 6 applying back pressure in the case to a vane 15b. A suction passage communicates with a second cylinder chamber. A pressure switch mechanism K switches the connection of the suction passage between a low-pressure side and a high-pressure side, so as to switch the operation between normal compression operation by introducing low-pressure refrigerant into a cylinder chamber, and non-compression operation of stopping compression by introducing high-pressure refrigerant into the cylinder chamber. The second compression mechanism part has a permanent magnet 10 which magnetically attracts and holds a vane in a direction separating from a roller in the non-compression operation, so that a predetermined clearance U is formed between a back face of the vane and the permanent magnet with the vane attracted and held.
