PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectuate washing of cylinders. SOLUTION: A surface of a cover body 100 easily stuck with a stain, is washed by jetting wash water at a wide angle on a horizontal plane from a cover body washing nozzle 20 toward a surface of the cover body 100 for connecting and covering a tip part 10a of the first cylinder 10 and a tip part 15a of the second cylinder 15.
