PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processing apparatus the mount area of which as a system component is reduced and the cost of which is decreased. SOLUTION: The video signal processing apparatus is provided with: a digital filter section for applying filter processing to an input digital video signal; a sigma delta modulation section for applying sigma delta modulation to the video signal outputted from the digital filter section; a DS conversion section for converting the digital video signal subjected to sigma delta conversion into an analog signal; and a signal output section for carrying out optional output impedance matching.
