PROCESS FOR MODIFYING (CO) POLYMERS WITH CYCLIC PEROXIDES OF KETONES

The invention relates to a process for modifying the (co) polymers with cyclic peroxides of ketones, by contacting the copolymer with organic peroxide in conditions in which at least a part of the organic peroxide is decomposed. According to the invention, the process is characterized by the fact that at least 20% of the total active oxygen content of said organic peroxide is attributed to one or more cyclic peroxides of ketones which are very efficient in the process for modifying the copolymers.
