The method of producing semi-synthetic cephalosporin with formula I in a reaction of 7-amino-3[(2,5-dihydro-6-hydroxy-5-oxo-1,2,4-triazine-3-yl)thiomethyl]-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid with S-benzothiazolyl ester of (Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyimi-nothioacetic acid. Unique characteristics: The β- variety of 7-Act acid, with the roentgenographic characteristics presented in the table below, is used in the reaction.
