The water sports device has an aerodynamic floating board (1) provided with a centre-board (2) for reception and fixing of a wiper (3) for an underwater fin (6), provided with an attached handgrip (4), allowing oscillation of the fin for propulsion of the board. The fin is made of a non-elastic material and the wiper is secured to the lowest point (5) of the centre-board, the movement of the wiper being limited.
