<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for document creation, and a recording medium and a program thereof that can output document data including a plurality of kinds of forms in different output forms correspondingly to the kinds of the forms. <P>SOLUTION: A document data generation part 203 generates document data 211 on the basis of a plurality of kinds of form data and input data. A form division part 204 generates divided document data 211a, 211b, ..., by the kinds of forms defined in division information on the basis of the document data generated by the document data generation part 203.
