<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management operation system enabling an improvement of the reliability of a database, enabling necessary information provision from installation places of scattered facilities in real time, and enabling the facilitation of instructions or cooperation of a job. <P>SOLUTION: This facility management operation system has: a portable communication terminal 11 reading identification information 21 displayed in the facility and performing wireless communication; a computer 12 having a database function part 29 performing communication of information with the portable communication terminal 11; a transmission function part 14 provided in the portable communication terminal 11, transmitting transmitter information 17, processing instruction information 18, identification information 19 and replier information 20 to the computer 12; a transmitter authentication function part 25; and a management authority confirmation function part 27 provided in the computer 12, authenticating a transmitter and confirming management authority; a processing instruction decoding function part 26 deciding execution of the processing instruction information 18; and a processing result information part 31 for returning processing result information to the transmitter and a replier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
