<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to extend functions in a household electrical appliance. <P>SOLUTION: An additional function part 102 performs a processing for realizing an additional function not originally provided in an air conditioner 14 on the basis of state information acquired by a first sensor 104a and a second sensor 104b and generates an operation instruction to the air conditioner 14. The additional function part 102 outputs the generated operation instruction to the air conditioner 14.
