<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add and execute a program for supporting an outlet store-specific point addition method without applying addition or change to a program of an outlet store terminal, in a program for calculating points of a point card used in purchasing a commodity. <P>SOLUTION: A card issue terminal 4 issues an IC card 2 for each user. The outlet store terminal 3 loads the outlet store-specific program to the IC card 2, sets outlet store-specific point data, and calls a unique program in the IC card 2.
